Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process will be handled carefully by our Talent Acquisition team.

    Application

    You can access our vacancies and apply to our company career website, jobstreet, e-mail, and LinkedIn PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk.

    CV Screening

    Your application will be reviewed to see if there is a good fit. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the next process.

    Psychological Test

    We will invite you to a psychological test session. You are encouraged to be yourself and to do your best in this step. We will process your test results, and only candidates who fit our criteria will be contacted within two weeks.

    Interview

    There will be two consecutive interviews you will have to attend. Once you pass the HR Interview, we will invite you to attend an interview with your prospective manager.

    Offering Process

    You will be contacted by the HR team for salary negotiation.
